Doesn't have to be a card...part 2

Well for part 2 I thought I'd show you an easy make for home decór....

Using chipboard heart shapes, one large, one small I punched holes ready for the twine to hang them.
Now the great bit..use up those scraps!
Using  backing papers that you have lying around run through your stash until you find some matching pieces, working with colour tones will always give you a winner.

I used a piece of wallpaper!  We had a few sample pieces from a shopping trip to narrow down choices from my twins and their bedroom and they fitted perfectly for what I wanted to do...

I cut out leaves and the bird from the wallpaper sample and glued them on with tacky pva, then as you can see from the photo below I added more detail to the bird blending in with my Graph'it markers...they are never far away!

I stamped the clouds and sentiments from Inky Doodles and coloured them with my Graph'it Marker pens to add shadow and detail.  The clouds were covered with glossy accents to add a little touch of shine and then added punched butterflies adding to the dimension.

I really hope you like this one and inspires you to try something new :)
