It's showcase time!
From the totally epic ranges of digital stamps by Tamara van Wijk, its hard to choose what to showcase but I thought I'd introduce a newbie!
You all know that the new shop is Slinky Tart for the fabulous Slinkies...BUT did you know there is now a spin off range with their own shop called Spunky Tart! It is here you will find some non-Slinky-fied ladies and a gorgeous range of digital paper packs.
To showcase the new range, here is Yes Master!
Here's the how's and what's:
Yes Master! digital stamp by Slinky Tart, coloured in Copic's
Backing - made on the pc using Serif Craft Artist 2 with digital stamps CD
Card - Black card, coordinations card, lace and embellies from my stash
The bottles are from a digital stamp kit for Craft Artist 2, available from the Daisy Store (it was on sale lol). I printed them twice, with the top layer before printing covered in a semi-transparent crackle paint. TOP TIP: I cut them out then set about rolling the large ball embossing tool over the back of the top bottle. This rounded it and distressed it. It was then given a generous helping of Cosmic Shimmer Gilding Wax and then layered on.
The rest is matting and layering, and then I added the lace...my tip is to do this, then decide on and add your embellies! You will know what areas you have to work with and what might nestle together in a certain place. Don't try to pre-plan too much!
